Filing a notice

PowerStationTips respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

What to include

To be effective, your notice must contain:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. The URL or other location of the allegedly infringing material on our site.
4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Where to send it

Send completed notices to steve@powerstationtips.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice."

Our response

Upon receiving a valid notice we will, in our discretion:

• Remove or disable access to the material within a reasonable time.
• Notify the user who posted the material (if applicable).
• Forward the notice to that user.

Counter-notification

If material you posted was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. Counter-notices must include all elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Repeat infringers

In accordance with the DMCA we may terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
